I've owned my QPV GT S for almost 2 years, use it as a daily driver and have yet to encounter any meaningful or expensive issues. Get a pre-purchase inspection, go into ownership with your eyes open and take the plunge... don't be put off by the generic 'Oh it's Italian, run for the hills'. The aural experience is unrivalled, the practicality is amazing... and you'll unlikely see another on the road, only about 60 of these GT S editions found themselves in the UK. Automotive Perfection the GT S is most certainly not... but what this is, is Flawed Brilliance.

Great Video that does the car justice. I recently sold my own beloved Maserati Quattroport Sport GTS. It was a perfect family car and my daily driver. I miss it every day! But I didn't want to bring a RHD from the UK to my new home in Spain. Great memories. It's a car that everyone loves, you get waves and smiles as it is not 'flash' and can hear it coming from a mile away. You can cruise at 99mph at under 3000 rpm. It has plenty of rear legroom for 2 growing teenagers. You can also fit 4 carry on cases in the boot. I never had an issue in my ownership regarding reliability. I put on 10,000 miles in a year and loved every one of them! It does eat tyres though. I also had to replace all of the brake pads and discs which was a tad pricy, but that is wear and tear. The only people that resent it are the 'Daily Mail readers' who drive Audi's, BMW's and Benz's who would love one but rather than be pleased for you and your success they hate you with envy as they are no longer the most superior car on the road. If you can, buy one. Prices of Sport GTS' have been on the climb ever since the Harrys Garage review in Dec 2019 but £30-£35k for a super-saloon that is essentially a 4 door Ferrari.
