@@hoodzgkarauria9391 offer up/ Craigslist the butane burner is gonna be the most expensive thing to run. I’ve since replaced it with a camping stove and a hose adapter so I can use a full sized propane tank instead of the small camping propanes
I'm a trained chef and lol, I thought nice fond on that pan and to my horror I watched you wash it all off. Oh how my heart cracked and my teeth locked up as my jaw fell. Next time work with that fond watch some you tube videos on de-glacing not only can you make a very delicious pan dripping/gravy/sauce but it cleans your pans so much better and more yummy than to scrub and scrub. Even if you don't, lol shame but if you bring that pan to high, and pour in a white wine, the fobd will just lift off the pan...but do try to use it, Doesn't take much, just make a Roux (a simple thickener) equal parts butter and flour, look up how to make a Roux, but bring some butter and flour, bring beef broth and/or red wine like a Cabernet Sauvignon lots of possibilities there. Also cook that steak with fresh thyme just toss the entire thing in the pan stems and all no need to pick it apart, toss in butter and couple of whole garlic cloves and near the end use a spoon to help base and tongs to pick the thyme up and paint the meat like a brush. Do all this on a date, lol and you might as well pack a matress too lol!
