Another amazing bit of very imaginative construction, there is no tree that is safe with you around , but totally genius ideas from concept to finished product, I'd love to know how much you have spent on tools, it must be a fortune, keep well and your fingers safe. Brilliant.
As a future design improvement, maybe route a recessed groove for the walls to fit into. The sink with the drain is sweet, I am going to have be on the lookout for one of those! Also that is a *LOT* of that shin ramyun for a single person!

This looks amazing!!! It’s so functional to extend an outdoor kitchen space. I love the design You created!
If I were to incorporate this into one of my builds, I would make a few minor modifications to customize it for my needs. First I would add a door on the back of the middle piece so you can access anything stored inside even when it’s closed up. Add shelves to the end piece. And then put the whole structure on 250lb drawer slides behind the drivers seat so that I can easily stow it under a bed structure.
I have seen many amazing pull out drawers to create an outdoor kitchen in van builds, but adding this to one would make for the best one I’ve ever seen. And would definitely be the talk of the campfire. Keep up the great work! Your design ideas are inspiring!
A very practical and good looking idea, if only I could pitch in my two cents of advice, I would include on the design;
a foldable leg wood support so you don't have to use a tripod
some sort of adjuster to stay more stable inside the trunk of the car
and maybe some handle to get it inside and outside the trunk of the car more comfortably

Another great project! I'm curious as to why you had the sections fold out twice instead of both opening out from the middle like double-doors. Was it to keep the camp stove further away from your car?
At first I was worried that it would be unbalanced, but it was smart of you to use the tripod. Now you just need to make a matching tripod out of plywood! 😉

At first I thought, "wow, great idea about minimizing walking space", but then as I progressed with the video, and started to wonder how it would fit my (USA-based) overlanding needs, it appears that you use a lot of your Palisade's volume just to store the unit. Here in the U.S., camping / overlanding is a multi-day affair with a lot of comforts and luxuries taken. So, we need a lot of storage space. Although I really enjoyed your approach, I think I will have to figure out how to incorporate your ideas with my needs. But, this is the fun part. I always enjoy your approach and designs. Great job on the vide. :-)

Awesome! You'd better protect this with some patents or something. I've never seen this before and I could totally see this as a built in feature in the back of a camper van.
That can be also installed on a cargo van it save space when not cooking mode .great. Idea.
