    I just received a B52 delivered by FedEx and damaged. Tried to return it and got messages from “Suzy” and “Diva” in China. They refuse to let me return it. Said they will give me 10% back. Before you buy read their return policy and non existent warranty. This company is 4 years old and pure trash. Don’t waste your money.

    These seems interesting for my boxing speed. I’ve been focusing on my speed on the ‘retraction’ of the punch. Since punching combinations are cyclical it also helps the next punch in the combo.

    Hey man, I’m in the offseason of my basketball season and I’ve set my eyes on becoming a better player while also becoming more athletic. My only dilemma is that I don’t know to program a plan that will allow me to play my sport at a high intensity while also allowing me to be in the gym and get athletic. Do you think this program would allow me to play basketball intensely while also going through it? If not, what should I try to do in order to reach my goals

If I were to play basketball intensely and workout intensely I could possibly overtrain and get injured before my season starts back up again. I was just wondering if you had any recommendations for my goals in terms of becoming more athletic and becoming better on the court
