- In this Upper Body Strength & Power + Conditioning Workout, I'll be explaining the different methods we are using in the workout for our main lifts known as contrast training. You'll also see the set and rep schemes for developing upper body strength and power along with some stability exercises. As a bonus at the end, I'll be showing a brutal but great anaerobic conditioning circuit.
