Vegetarian cheese use a vegetarian rennet,not an animal rennet.

I would do it in a wrap steve yummy

Try the same heated in a pan and then poured over Doritos then put grated cheese on top , put in microwave to melt cheese then enjoy !

Yes you need ann,some receipts you need to warm up an air fryer, so I’m told. I suppose you could put it in a bap or ( barm) and eat it like a burger.

That air fryer looks a good piece of kitchen gadget, not got one yet, but could be swayed to buy one after looking at your video. Food looked great, I like the crunchy texture, even better with a glass of wine. I love sweet and sour sauce as well, all adds to the flavour. Nice with some fresh salad and chips!

Really impressed with the individual dishes that the ingredients were prepared in. Curry, chilli, chasseur from scratch but it’s good to use a jambalaya mix. Brilliant videos, thanks for sharing.

Hi Steve,I love black beans,is Cajun Very hot, I normally have korma ,if I made it I would use quoin slices as I don’t eat meat, but with a lot of recipes you can make it your own. Looks good anyway.

I would have put a lid on the pan for the last 15 minutes and simmer it .

Steve, always rinse the rice and any canned beans, Peas, etc. before cooking.

The refried benas are generally used with Tacos and other Mexican dishes. You should have used whole Black Benas.

Frying the Onions would have caramelized them for a better taste.
