Steve, if you ever decide to fry it, just use butter - it's to die for . Some time ago I bought something similar from "ALDI" and I fried it in butter 😋😇😋.

That air fryer looks a good piece of kitchen gadget, not got one yet, but could be swayed to buy one after looking at your video. Food looked great, I like the crunchy texture, even better with a glass of wine. I love sweet and sour sauce as well, all adds to the flavour. Nice with some fresh salad and chips!
The price is dropping so much now ..give it a go, but I think you still need an oven if you got a family

Yes you need ann,some receipts you need to warm up an air fryer, so I’m told.
I suppose you could put it in a bap or ( barm)
