Yes you can! and its ben in the cupboard for long time, its very heavy some gave it to me years ago, I been trying to find one does that, I see many cooks do that, I was worried it might stick to the electric hob, but all ok the handles looked plastic but I guess under the grill its not that hot ..Thank you for lovely comments always xx

Bonzo is typically used in a light- hearted or joking manner to describe someone who is perceived as being somewhat silly or not very sharp.

I'm quite familiar with that recipe/video. However, like you, I deviate from Jamie's a bit. I use the Tre Colori 🇮🇹 system= 'celery'/onions/carrots plus the other ingredients. I do use "Leeks" when they're in season.
Brushing the dumplings with olive oil makes them go brown and crispy quicker under the grill.
