Hi Steve...Schwartz much better than Colman's....they seem very tasteless..probably aimed at the unaware British market...seems a good recipe's ..will try it...should cut down on Mrs V workload.Definately got to be breast for me, preferably small and firm....actually might be tempted to add some fruit to the veg mixture....go nicely with some rice or orzo pasta. Will try it before long Very best....Peter
