Insjön is a lake located in the municipality of Nacka, and is part of the Norrström-Tyresån coastal area. The lake is 11.8 meters deep, covers an area of 0.469 square kilometers, and is situated 1.4 meters above sea level. At the northern end of Insjön, you'll find the former estate of Velamsund and a bathing area. The entire lake is part of the Velamsunds Nature Reserve.

Sältsjö-Boo is a residential area located in the municipality of Nacka, which is in Stockholm County, Sweden. Nacka is a municipality situated in the east of Stockholm and is known for its attractive natural surroundings, with numerous lakes, forests, and access to the Baltic Sea.
Sältsjö-Boo, as part of Nacka, is a place that combines suburban living and nature. It offers its residents a peaceful and picturesque environment, with the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and water-based activities due to its proximity to bodies of water and green areas. It is also well connected to Stockholm.
