This was my first workout after being cleared to start working out after birth. Gotta say the first time wasn't easy despite being only 10 mins and beginner friendly because I did nothing but pregnancy yoga all pregnancy but I have to admit that it works really good because the second time I was able to the whole workout without alterations and much problem (first time around I did alterations to lower difficulty for lower abs and could barely do a proper sit up). :)
Are you count the total calories between do this?😊😊After i was try this , feeling burn. So, I want to know calories about weight training.🙏🏻🙏🏻

I realized that the neutral rows really hurt my back the lower I bend (I don't have a history of back pain or problems) could it mean that my weights are too heavy or that I need to just strengthen my back more?

This is the first of my pregnancies that I've worked out from the beginning, and I feel great! I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and I wondered if I could jump still? (Jumping jacks, jump squats etc)
