Thank you for this workout. I was looking for a full body weight HIIT to add to my routines, and I love it. I burned 357 calories and added 1100 steps to my workout. I just love your walking HIIT. When I stayed home, it allowed me to complete my 10,000 steps and 800 calories, even when I didn't feel like working out. I think it's really your signature style. Cheers to more! 😊
I've been doing aerobic type exercises with low weight dumbbells recently and i have seen better results than anything else. These type of exercises really work for my body!

Love this lower impact HIT weighted workout! I live in a space that doesn’t allow for high intensity/jumping. This was perfect, my heart rate went up and the floor stayed quiet. 🤫 🔥 💪🏾

This was great! Usually I don’t like repeating a set. Was kinda dreading. But the second go around went quicker and I was able to make some corrections and was able to go a bit harder. TY!

And (think I mentioned it before) this format with the two 25sec blocks is great!! What difference just a 5sec break can make in terms of doing an exercise longer & maintaining proper form!

This was fantastic! The second round gave me a chance to master some of those trickier moves, and I love the way you "hid" some shook up some of those routine reps--hiding the bicep curl in the punch was my fave!

Enjoyed this workout. As a reminder, you can adapt these exercises if their moves are too difficult. At 62 years old and with knee issues, I know I have to do this. Suggestions for this. Squats: Don't try to go down all the way and pick it up. Just hold it the whole time and squat as far as you can. Balancing leg lifts: If you are uncertain about your balance, hold on to a chair, I just kept one nearby so I wouldn't worry about falling. Situps: If you find holding a weight is too hard. Especially if you don't have a strong neck, just do crunches. We don't want to be hurting our necks! @Juice&Toya you might want to mention some of these. Just so people such as myself don't get injured. Thanks for doing these!
I have compromised mobility and a touch of arthritis, but i did this workout with 3 lb weights. I felt so good after the workout 😊8

On one hand, I'm seeing how much I've lost since work started interfering with my ability to get in my morning workout - sometimes even these light weights are challenging. On the other hand, you make it easy for me to see how to get back to where I was.
And here I am a month later, almost at my first weight loss goal and working with some heavier weights. Thanks for your help on my fitness journey!
