Im not sure if international fans do the same compared to korea but surely i am sure some of us do care about vocals. I care more about voices then beauty because they are idols are singers so they need to sing than just dance. And the problem with korea is that everything is so fake and unrealistic. I'm not a big fan of the girls' groups only a few in 2 and 3 gen were worth their name. The boy's groups always tried the best 2nd and third-gen boys' groups were the shit and worth every hype they got. This is one of the reasons these companies started to give us 20-member groups so we will never be able to tell most of these groups have no talents. Back then the company had 5 or 6 members who put time into training and each had a position and we knew who doing what.

This is true as a wannabe idol I practiced singing and jumping at the same time I got successful in that then I practiced doing jumping jacks, dancing and singing at the same time and at the end practiced high notes and you won't believe I found out my vocal range is actually F5.. I was surprised, then I practiced dance and joined dance classes but I aint got time for my skin routines and when I audition for jyp the only thing missing was fair and flawless skin, that's what I got rejected for. [I'm also well taught playing guitar and piano]
