The Panther is better than the T-34-85.(Durability, penetration, firing range, armor) The Panther is available to all OKW, the T-34-85 is available only to 4 commanders. "Perfect balance" is the reason why I don't play it.

T-34/76 has slightly worse gun penetration at all ranges and slightly worse armor compared to Sherman. Sherman has slight mobility advantage (slower top speed but better acceleration and turning) T-34 is 20MP and 20 fuel cheaper (i forgot the exact amount but iirc Sherman is 320MP/110 Fuel, T-34 is 300MP/90 fuel) However T-34 has one massive advantage, it has much better machine gun damage, about 5x better than the Sherman (roughly), or about 2-3x better than Sherman with 50cal. The catch is that the best machine gun on the T-34 is the hull gun so you have to face it the right way

there's a mod where it made the tanks truly a menace esp a jadgtiger or tiger 2 mainly they can eat every shell and not flinch but once infantry goes past or a flamethrower got up close it can easily flush the crew making it abandon at full hp

In my game, the tank debris seems to not appear after explosion.

Played against Soviets today. My OKW Panzer4 and Panther shot at t34/85 and both shots bounced back :))) the next 2 hit it but at that time t34 already retreated.
