152mm yes, the penetration is not that good though. It's a very low velocity gun meaning less penetration. Tiger II has a very high velocity gun resulting in more penetration. Not only that but the Tiger has way more armour too. ISU was not designed as a tank destroyer even if it has an armour piercing shell.

Tigers in coh2 are underpowered they often bounced than penetrate thtas panthers are better especially if you know how to utilise its max range as they are deadly!

axis are OP. their units are better, costs are balanced, commanders have better abilities and they are balanced (for example if commander is with a lot of AMMO needed abilities, relic always gave AXIS commander of this type AMMO support like opel blitz or supporting airplane. allies dont have this so commanders like that just losting a lot of abilities)

Relic has become a disappointment. I no longer look forward to their titles and even preorder them. The last amazing title they put out was CoH and their expansions were great. Honestly Sega should sell of Relic to MS.
