The ISU is mainly anti infantry, while the elefant is pure anti tank. The ISU is also more mobile. Still the ISU is almost as good as the elephant in the anti tank role. You're also shockingly dumb for making that comment.

Sometimes all you need to do is refresh if that's the option, if that doesn't work I just close the game and restart it, and worse case just turning my computer off and on again fixes it, hope this helps!
If I recall correctly, there are two versions of COH2, the old and new steam version. Maybe you need to play on the new one? Not sure. But just a suggestion

that the ISU not 1 shot the elefant shows that COH 2 yes you hear it here from a top 10 player since day one is biased towards GERMANS 90 % of the time . COH 2 was and IS biased towards germans , t34 85 was a counter to the P5 yet everything the russians have is paper
The Russians have the worst stock armor in the game by far, and most of their doctrinal tanks aren't that good either. The IS2 and KV2 aren't bad but basically everything else sucks and loses to stock Wehrmacht or OKW Panthers.

Sometimes all you need to do is refresh if that's the option, if that doesn't work I just close the game and restart it, and worse case just turning my computer off and on again fixes it, hope this helps!

Elephant does 280 damage with AoE of 1m diameter on 6 men squads
