Axis has the best tanks and i love tiger but in a serious match Id rather have 2 panthers with a brumbar/panzerwerfer from what ive experience td at at guns can really wreck a tiger
Naturally Tiger is slow to reverse. Which is a death sentence especially in the late game if you come across max vet At Guns who gain enough rate of fire to double shot you if you dont reverse immediately before the first shot lands even at almost max range This still applies to even Panzer 4s/Shermans if you arent paying attention to your micro. Tds like ISU or Elefant are better because they have better range while having the frontal armor.
Combined arms for the win, be patient and build up rounded vet infantry, mg and mortar or off map smoke commander. equip one or two with light AT at 4 minutes. Add an at gun or a light tank depending on what you face in the opposing build order. Then go for your medium and heavy tanks or Tank destroyer. I opt for mobility of a medium if I need to win more points or a TD when I hold points and can be less aggressive. 4,000 hours, rank 6 and trying to improve USF at moment. GLHF!
The Churchill used two cannons, one 57mm and one 75mm, very similar to the Sherman, the 57mm had better capabilities against armor but was weak against infantry, and the 75mm was better against infantry but weak against armor.

Im having a blast playing Company of Heroes 2.. what a game.. Even its so good to just playing alone against AI.. I'm playing to feel the atmosfer, hearing its sound effects, shelling sounds, machine gun shooting, and the yelling and screaming of infantry units
churchill has the most health(1440)and has a good armor but his turret is the same as t34 s
so dont Expect it to penetrate tigers and panthers
Best thing you can do is use Churchill to lure opponents as the meat shield and let the AT gun do the work.

Real life : in this distance Churchil is gone in first shot or 2nd.
I guess at this distance the armor of both tanks is totally ignorable and the first who shoots wins.

Tiger is a map selective game like most super heavy tanks big open fields are just bad because TD have dumb range for balance purposes

Well it is an 88mm vs a 75mm cannon... So the devs had to compensate somehow by giving the churchill more armor... Didn't help much to be honest.
