The pedals are low speed, high-speed, and reverse. When you step on it, it pushes a roller into a rubber band. The high-speed rubber band wears out first, then the low speed one. You’ll often see a model T backing up a hill because the reverse rubber band is the least worn out.

Muscle cars are heavy, they didnt have sport mode, they weren’t meant to be “track” cars. And I do have to say mustang did shift the focus of the mustang to a sleeker design. But it’s starting to look more and more like a sports car.

“Plenty on the streets to use” you definitely don’t live or frequent rural areas. The one electric charger in the town I work in was removed, it was at a ford dealership. They didn’t want to pay for the electricity and didn’t have chargers that could be paid for. The town I live in has zero public chargers.

It just depends what the application is...I need a car to start reliably and run up to 70mph for 43 miles every morning and every evening. I need it to be economical on fuel and fairly comfortable to drive. And I need it to do this for years with proper maintenance.
