the answer is yes and the problem is only going to get worse and worse the longer we go without creating a more robust and selective system. just from my personal driving experience (i live in the midwest where it’s somewhat rural somewhat suburban) drivers have been getting worse over the past few years. theres a complete lack of situational awareness for a lot of drivers, i blame social media.
I agree. Everyone who disagrees must be a crappy driver. If saving lives is not worth this being implemented, then by that logic it makes them bad for not agreeing.
