Oh wow this must have taken so long to put together! I haven't done thus with my ag dolls, but I fo keep running lists of my barbies and man is it a lot of work to keep up with identifying them all and then listing their new names once I officially name them! Idk how you managed to keep all this straight to be able to make guides and spreadsheets, my brain would have fried 😂 anyway this will be really cool to see the stats on my ag collection as it grows. Also congratulations on your new puppy! He's absolutely adorable! 😍 and I hope your husband recovers soon!

i’m so thankful for this video!! i’m curious, do you count the defect grey tone and kailey’s “orange?” skin? also i would LOVE if you ever made a video on all of the hair colors/eye colors/curl patterns/lengths. i know it’s a lot but those are my collection goals and it’s SO hard to find the hair color subtypes!!

Nice video! To be completely honest, I actually like her work dress better than the dress she came in. When you first began painting her lips, I was a bit worried. However, she does look much better - her beautiful facial features are even more defined now without being too much. Thank You for this lovely video. She's absolutely gorgeous!

I've seen people being able to remove wigs off of older dolls without using nail polish remover.

Has anybody ever used goo-gone for removing the dolls wig or something similar to get the wig off

This is super helpful! Im currently saving up for my first custom project, and it’s going to require re-wigging the doll because AG doesn’t make dolls with the right skintone and hair color for what i have in mind 😭

I actually have this hair type, and it’s difficult to care for. I don’t want to have a difficult time taking care of a doll’s hair just because my own hair is difficult to care for. To me your video reads as shaming me (and other people) because I prefer dolls with hair that’s easier to care for, and I don’t appreciate you doing that one bit. You shouldn’t be white-knighting if you don’t have this hair type. I’m not going to watch the rest of this BS video nor will I remain subscribed. Stick to your lane when it comes to hair and don’t talk for other people.

Hi there! This was really helpful. I have a couple questions though: 1) The link you provided to a floating medium points to a bottle of FolkArt that's described as "yellow" and "glossy." Don't I probably want clear and matte? Or do those designations not actually matter? I just want to make sure I get the right thing. I definitely want the cheeks I touch up to be matte, not glossy. 2) When you apply ModPodge over something, like doll cheeks, is there a visible border where the ModPodge stops? Like, could someone looking at the doll see that there's an edge to the sealed area that makes that area a slightly different color or texture or shininess? Or is that sealant truly invisible and indistinguishable from the rest of the face? Thanks so much for your help!!

You have to be really careful when using zit cream, as it does fade the vinyl. In fact, I used it on some shoes to whiten them up and it caused the paint to fade. I repainted and then the paint faded again, so it's like the zit cream continues to work even after washing it off.

$220 IS expensive, but if you sign up for their emails to get 15% off, you can get it for less. That’s what I did. It came to $187. Still expensive, but worth it to be able to customize it.

Good heavens, you must be a pro with customizing AG dolls. I wish I could customize an AG doll, but it's not an easy thing to do thanks to my tremor (in other words, I have jittery hands)
