    Finally a recepie in a normal home, without expensive equipment and snobish effects. Pannacotta with no filters. Fucking Congratulations. From chef to chef. All recepie channels now in masterchef style kitchens with expensive machines for masterchefs in kitchens where you can see no one has ever cooked before! Rustic and used oven tops, cheap plastic containers, whisk the merengue by hand... Real shit.

      Thanks! I want to make my channel about dishes the average person can make at home. I want people to be able to recreate what I do, not look at it like a piece of pretentious modern art that takes 6 hours to prepare with obscure equipment. Glad you appreciate this :)

    Your sticky date pudding failed because you added the hot date water directly to the eggs and fat which can split the fat and scramble the egg. Add the flour before the hot dates to avoid this from happening.
