Valentine's Cookies with Dark Chocolate and Strawberry Cream! | Acquired Taste EP. 32

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp honey
230g plain flour
1 tsp baking soda
200g strawberries
30g icing sugar
120g butter
30g Dutch cocoa powder
70g dark chocolate
100g raw or caster sugar
100ml cream
Method:
1. Cream butter and raw sugar together
2. Sift in dry ingredients
3. mix to form a paste
4. spread onto a tray lined with greased baking paper
5. bake at 160C for 15 to 20 min
6. chop strawberries and mix with icing sugar. blend.
7. whip cream and mix with strawberry liquid. set aside
8. cut heart shaped cookies out of the cooked dough.
9.. melt chocolate over a bain marie and drizzle over biscuit hearts.
