Soft and Fluffy Milk Bread Recipe! | Acquired Taste EP. 30

RECIPE:
600g bread flour
15g dry yeast
2tsp salt
70g sugar
60g salted butter
240ml milk
note if your yeast is quite grainy, add the milk to it before other ingredients to soften it.
Place the below ingredients in a small pot and cook to thicken/combine as shown in video, before adding to the above ingredients.
50g butter
50g bread flour
180ml water
2 eggs
1 egg for egg wash
Method:
combine all ingredients
allow to rise for 1 - 2 hours
separate dough into 6 equal parts and roll to form 3 rounds, in 2 loaves.
allow to rise for 1 more hour
egg wash
bake at 180C for 20 to 25 min
