Don’t need to buy almond cakes with this recipe

🔹Ingredients:
- 120 g butter 0:12
- 170 g sugar
- 2 eggs (50 g/ each) 0:31
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 0:48
- 200 g cake flour 1:24
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 180 g sour cream 1:58
- 30 g finely chopped almonds 2:27
🔺20 cm (8 inch) pound cake pan 2:53
350 Fahrenheit (175 Celsius) degrees pre-heated oven
For 30-35 minutes OR
until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Looks great! Going to try this plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and BLV in dairy and the lead and choline in eggs. Thanks for sharing
