Oatmeal and apple in a cup. I don't eat sugar at all. I lost 10 kg.
1 cup (100g) oatmeal.
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Salt.
Mix well.
Rinse 3 tablespoons of cranberries in hot water.
Rinse 10-12 dried apricots in hot water.
1 egg.
Be sure to wash your eggs before using them.
Eggs should be at room temperature.
3 tablespoons butter, pre-melted.
100g Greek yogurt.
Mix well.
2 medium apples.
4 medium cups.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes.
7 ounces (200 g) mascarpone or cream cheese.
1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
1 tablespoon agave syrup.

Me tomó él atrevimiento de contestar a su pregunta soy seguidora de éste canal,y sí está bien 👍 lo que hace en procesar la avena en la licuadora para convertirla en harina en muchos países existe cierto harina de avena,pero a un alto precio.
