If you are in good shape but not a very experienced runner would you recommend the intermediate programme? I’ve done a sub 20m 5km before but I didn’t do much training for it and relied on my fitness from martial arts. That would probably put me at intermediate, but for technical development is it better to start at the beginner level?

When chi walking, should I basically lean forward and let gravity take over? I've noticed just leaning forward when I want to walk my legs kind of get into the chi walk stance.
I Bought the audiobook and this is the book I have been looking for all my life. I have shin splints and knee problems. It will be a game changer once I learn this, but it sure feels wrong starting out. It's everything my body doesn't want to do naturally, yet the ease of doing it is amazing. I just need to train my brain.
It's good, however there are many things involved with good posture such as, balanced dental occlusion. If you don't have balanced occlusion, you never gonna keep a good posture.

Great question. I would your posture and technique should be the same for all three plains. Up hill, flat and down hill.
