    I have had problems with heel pain and pulled calf muscles because of being a lifetime runner to the extent that I could no longer run or even walk long distance.....this technique has enabled me to run again with much less pain

    Great stuff. Love these videos but it’s all theory. How to you actually do these things. That’s the real question that most do t answer.

      Agree Kevin...it's really about putting it all into practice and experiencing it for yourself. We have Instructors, workshops, video lessons and more to help you. Just try one thing at a time. And, the #1 thing is to listen to your own body and experience. We do have a lot of people with a lot of experience.

    I have a question. I understand using the proper form for jogging but what about those of us who are starting off a program with mostly walking? Do we need to practice walking in the same way? Trying to avoid heel strikes and bad posture?

      Great question. I would your posture and technique should be the same for all three plains. Up hill, flat and down hill.
