    I was pointed in your direction by TI Swimming....I hope it can do for me running what TI did for me swimming.....so far so good.....

      I have always been athletic and played a lot of basketball. I am now 66 and haven't ran regularly in 20 years. Everytime I would start to run my knees would soon begin to hurt. The first thing I learned from your program was to keep my feet pointed forward. That tip alone has made a huge difference . I have been running 3 months now without pain in the knees. I do experience a little soreness in the hip . Any ideas ?

      Thanks yes....x-ray all good ...bursitis .....been swimming a lot and will get back to chi running in fall
