    At my apartments gym we have TKO heavy bags but I miss training with the martial arts coach Geoff,focus mits and pads the last thing he was working on with me was a spinning back hand and elbow strikes.I do more leg and elbows now but having another for constructive criticism would be awesome,though he reminded me I can train even when theirs no one to train with.He is awĂ·s,awesome each men and women to fight and does it non profit,love yeah Geoff,my Mr Miyagi ❀ Thank you for sharing your passion for martial arts😁

    Soft repetition of tapping on bone stimulates bone honeycomb growth in anybody under 50 years old. Increases bone density and strength. No need for pain to stimulate this growth, just impact. This is why the heavy bag is effective.

    Low kicks all day. Plus I can throw kicks with my lead leg with minimal telegraph and I can still twist my hips. Speed 5 stars but power is diminished a bit.

    I bought and filled my hanging bag for $120 and it’s great along with the fact I probably put too much weight at the bottom my shin conditioning is being kept up lol. However I have a terrible hanger for my bag making it only possible to land kicks a certain way or else I kick a metal beam nearby, and it slides backwards after every kick; my foot has been hurt enough times from it so far so now I’m looking into a standing bag as I have no way of hanging my bag atm. Is there any that can take a hard leg kick without falling over?

    For me, I'd prefer a knee strike at the gut then a shin kick at the rib cages,And don't worry. I learnt Muay Thai which made me able to kick metal but Not too much.
