    I've been feeling very stiff around my hips lately after doing a lot of full power kicks on the heavy bag a couple of times a week and I was surprised how much better my hips felt after doing this, I will keep doing this, thanks for taking the time.

      It’s crazy right even after one time doing this I felt great so added this to my daily routine and not sure if it’s my diet or this but I’ve been feeling so much more energetic recently even though I train twice a day now

    Dude I just did this for a rest day stretch out. Feels great bro. My lower back and hips and neck!! Thank you. Gonna end of with the push ups and squats with situps

    I just started my Muay Thai journey at 25, a bit out of shape. I can already tell it's going to be great for me! The community in general seems very helpful, and the gym I'm at has a great environment. I've listened to some of your podcast a little bit and decided to check out some of your videos today.     Wow some of ur stretching moves I learned in the army and karate, do them at least once a day and it's good to learn more from muy Thai. I love to learn more through your videos and jiujitsu someday, what a great mix for self defense and confidence. *Respect+* subbed 💯🙏🇹🇭🇵🇼

      @@LucrativePerson hi my rest days is once a week like on the weekend. Saturday or Sunday. It helps so much to stretch everyday. You'll feel loose after stretching

    👍As the years go on the more mobility training becomes a priority for me. And during these freezing temps I add a hot shower prior to really loosen up before loosening up lol

    Why am I experiencing wrist pain when punching the heavy bad?
    Like my wrists start hurting after?
    I wrap my hands properly and wear fairtex gloves so I have no idea why it’s happening...
    also quick question when your hands are in the glove are so keeping them open or clenched? Obviously on impact it should be closed but like when you are Standing and facing an opponent do you keep them open like you are parrying so you can grab on to them and knee?

      You probably sprained your wrist just let it rest for a while and don’t go to the doctor unless it doesn’t heal within a month. Also try recover stretches I recommend Bob & Brad on CZcams they’re physical therapist if you go to the doctors they will make you get X-rays and then refer you to a physical therapist anyways after telling you it will heal on its own

    Brilliant! Thank you so much Sean, I cycled through several other yoga/stretching videos but was just way too stiff to get started. This was absolutely perfect and I will be implementing it into my regular routine 🙏🏼
