Both as a fighter and as a person. Much love from Turkey Sean, learned a lot from you.

I started Muay Thai because I wanted to conquer my shyness, anxiety and fears! Having confidence in myself and shy to show it in public has been a battle I struggled with my entire life and I got tired of it holding me back !
It changed my life, I now face everything head on no matter what it is. I jump in the unknown and I’m now more happy with myself I still got ways to go but I did the first steps and that’s all I needed to now keep going on this life journey I’m now 28 and still working on my dreams ! Hopefully one day I’ll be able to talk about it on CZcams at the moment I’m still building myself up!
    No more bad habits
    No more drinking
    No more smoking
No more falling into the wrong crowd
    No more negativity
We gonna prosper, I speak it to existence!
I wish you all happiness in your life journey That’s the real success !

Im very new. I'm still learning the culture. I was surpised to see how many beginners are trying to fight/spar as soon as possible and have to be advised against it. I love the sport. I love the feeling of moving my body in new ways, being completely in the present moment, and improving at something that felt impossible just a few days ago. The idea of getting brain damage, severe dental issues, and lifelong chronic pain from injuries terrifies me. The gym I go to is very clear that they do not train beginners with the goal of fighting as soon as possible. Apparently that leads some people to choose a different gym. I'd find it really sketchy if they were any other way. They actually care about my safety and want me to see the benefits of the art.

Learning about Muay Thai It's like a warrior's fight that can actually be used for self-defense. Muay Thai teaches discipline. Have good sportsmanship and respect for your opponent. On the field is competition, but off the field we are friends. Muay Thai is a beautiful thing in the way of men 👍❤

I would love to implement a morning / afternoon stretching routine but I have no idea where to start or how to perform each excercise. Might be an idea to create a video about stretching and getting more flexible overtime?

I just started Muay Thai and I love it. The idea of moving to Thailand and learning everyday for hours on end sounds amazing. But if I were to do that, would I need much more experience before I do? What are the prerequisites of moving there to fully immerse ?

I'm 34 and have mostly played football, although I just love training overall so I am considering moving to an individual sport to see how far I can make it in terms of self-development. Muay Thai seems to be extremely fun and challenging but I know almost nothing about it. Should I start from watching as many fights as possible and getting familiar with it before even considering training?
