  • That's right. I've decided that it's time to hang up the gloves... but why? I'm still young-ish (33 years old), I have no injuries and I live in Thailand, so why would I stop pursuing my Muay Thai fight career? Well, I'll explain exactly why in this video (and share with you what I plan on doing next 😉)

I remember back in early 2015 I discovered you and your channel which through that I discover your podcast and even though that was 6 years ago on the internet that’s a lifetime ago. And what I mean by that exactly is the fact that there wasn’t much content online about Muay Thai for your average dude. I had 2 Muay Thai fights that year in 2015 under the guidance of my kru and other coaches. They helped me with everything but everything to do outside the gym(diet lifestyle etc) and that’s where you came in and helped me both learn how to live a more wholesome lifestyle but also the biggest things that helped me was that book you had where you teach fighters how to correctly cut weight and I did everything to a tee and went from 155 to a healthy 135 for fight week. I unfortunately went 0-2 that year but losing to 1 split decision & 1 unanimous decision but both fights got Fight of the Night honors which was amazing itself. Thank you Sean for all you’ve done for us regular dudes who started this journey and I’m glad you’re back on CZcams. Also one more thing! In 2015 it was still taboo to smoke weed as a fighter and I would do it on the low without anyone knowing cuz of taboo reasons but I remember you made a whole video about how you love smoking blunts after fights! Haha loved it bro made me feel ok with my decision making. God bless you and the family and good luck on your next adventures. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

You're an absolute inspiration man. Your videos have gotten me re-energized about Muay Thai and general health. During COVID I was at 240lbs but since finding your videos I'm down to around 210lbs and going. More importantly, I actually enjoy working out now and am getting healthier and healthier every week. You're awesome and I'm looking forward to seeing what you get up to next!

Many times when training alone for me (COVID stopped training in a gym) I turned to your CZcams videos to get some ideas of what I could train on. Thank you for that and the inspiration and explanation that came and comes with your videos! Wishing you all the best, Sean, for everything you have in mind for yourself and your family. Once more: Thank you and have a great journey into something different and important for you!

Simple things like "You can do it" and "One mooore! One mooore!" keeps me going. Keep those muay thai workout videos coming. best of luck to you Sean.
