      I would not have much to say. Ive only worked with Aussie SAS and British SAS, and JTF2 from Canada but each time I worked with these guys were just one off missions so I never got a feel for how well these guys worked certain mission sets. I probably worked with the British SAS the most and they were good guys but lightyears behind us in the US military as far as funding, Funding really effects a units performance because it is needed to do realistic training, the more funding the more realistic the training can be, then you also need funding for equipment, technology that can be used to make you more lethal if you have the funding it makes your unit more capable. When I worked with the SAS they were still doing missions with white lights and no night vision, very few of the operators had night vision. Im sure that has changed but thats the way it was back in the early 2000's

    Former Jr. Line officer: always good to hear these breakdowns to hear about what I missed. All this info out there these days is crazy. I was told that a Ranger O PL is more of a co ordinnator and deconflictor of the battle space around the PLT. PL squad leader relationship is more linear in a conventional unit. I would guess that SOF PLs in Ranger and 03s running teams are not really needed outside of the admin. HOWEVER, when they become field grades it becomes important for them to have small unit level exposure on or near the X. Thats the real reason for O2/3 in SOF units in my opinion is for the experience to make good decisions at field grade and above.

I need stuff like this to help wash out all the corrosive garbage that otherwise occupies much of the social media space I encounter throughout a typical day. For those of us who live in urban environments, this is a helpful reminder of how much work, thought, preparation and planning go into the productive care of a large piece of land. This truly is *stewardship*... Its a process of listening to and inspecting the land, and seeing to its needs so as to be able to produce meaningful quantities of product from that piece of land. Hi Mike, this is awesome stuff. I have a question; Do you believe that Yeshua was only talking about the 10 commandments when he referred to the law not being done away with? As you know there is a lot of laws that required levitical priests that do not exist anymore today. I am curious of where you land on this along with kosher laws. The reason I ask is because I am a Christian Jew and still somewhat struggle with this and when I prayed on it and asked the holy spirit to reveal to me what I should do; I feel god led me to the verse (Matthew 22:36-40) where he stated love the lord your god with all you heart soul and mind & love your neighbor as yourself and this fulfills all the laws of the prophets. Jewish people are very very strict when it comes to following the torah but cant fulfill all the laws of the torah. I believe Yeshua wanted us to follow Hashem's rules to the best of our abilities with the "intent" of loving him and that this is the fulfillment of the law; with keeping in mind that Yeshua being the final perfect sacrifice and leaving the holy spirit with us he got rid of the sacrificial system & gave us a new temple for the holy spirit to dwell in; our body. personally It's hard to love someone else when you don't love yourself and to love God above all else is a hard commandment / rule and I am trying my best but fall short quite a bit. I love what you got here this is great and I would love to here what you have to say on this. Also If you need any assistance with you channel or a discord let me know and I would love to help for free. My name is Ken. Beautiful job, god bless you.

    • @RRCMikeEdwards
      @RRCMikeEdwards Před 3 dny

      Yeah I believe we are to be as obedient as we can, keeping the laws and the commandments is loving your neighbor as yourself, and loving God with all your heart. Yes some laws dont apply to every person, actually most of them dont. I believe we should not eat foods that the bible forbids in Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14 and elsewhere, all of the counter arguments against these laws dont hold water when compared in context of scripture. The way I look at any bible study, if I have 99% of scripture pertaining to that topic pointing in one direction and 1 single scripture that twisted out of context points the other way im going to rule with the majority of the scriptures. All scriptures must be congruent, so if I were to take that one outlying scripture and try to twist the other 30-40 scriptures that are crystal clear about to topic to match the outlier thats where we get false doctrine, and believe me its everywhere in every church.

      @@RRCMikeEdwards Thank you for your follow up I was looking forward to your response! So a couple of follow up questions what about what Yeshua said in Mark 7:18-19 what did Yeshua mean by this? I wrestle with this one because to me it seems he’s saying god cares more about what’s on someone’s heart then what he eats. Also in acts chapter 10 it “seems” like god is not holding gentiles to the kosher laws given to the Jewish people as gentiles were not even allowed into a Jews home back then; but what does that mean for the Jews? And also Paul said that the gentiles are grafted into the Jewish family but from the passage I just stated they are not bound by the same rules? Paul also goes more in depth in how we should not judge people on their dieting choices in Romans 14:14-17. So this is my understanding so far when I read this: Jew and gentiles may choose to have different diets and it is not up to us for judging one another on our diets. It sounds like from what I have read kosher laws is based on our convictions and what’s on our hearts; that is what makes it sin. Basically if I eat pork with a guilty conscience it’s a sin. If I eat pork and believe god is allowing me to eat pork it’s not a sin. And I am only saying that this is specifically for kosher laws. Personally I am convicted not to eat pork. I would love to know your take on this. Thanks again brother!
