    Absolute spot on advice. I've learned to look after my shoulder ROM in my early 30's. Sounds like it may pay off. Keep on keepin on Mike 🖤🤟

    Hey Mike! How long do you recommend working out? How long is too long? What muscle groups do you hit together?

      Hey Sorry for the delay. I like to out in an hour- an hour and a half each day at least 5 days per week. When you are younger you can get away with shorter more intense workouts but now that im older I need to warm up for a good 30 minutes and then I get into the workout.
