  • This simple set of stretches will help you increase your hip ankle and back range of movement. I recommend doing this once a day after you have already warmed up with a walk or run. This really helps with the flexibility and balance when walking in the woods, hunting, or just living life. As we get older the joints start to stiffen up and so do the muscles therefore it is imperative that we warm up and stretch much more than we ever have.

    Awesome stuff man. I found very similar movements through the Gymnasticbodies guy coach Chris Sommer. It’s taken years for my pancake to open up, and it’s still progressing. Thanks for the post. All the best.
