Today we’re making the Peach Marbled Soap from the MGA Miniverse Make It Mini Spa collection.
I had to get this. It will remain in my office. So cute!
My daughter loved making it as well. We got the bath bomb and sugar scrubs as well. They will reside in the Barbie House.
We purchased ours from Walmart.
Also FYI…there is no such thing as Peach essential oil. It’s a fragrance oil. Subtle/light.

It’s getting pinker but I suspect it may fade to tan at some point. Most botanicals do. It’s very pretty right now while it cures.

Well I didnt have tea but I did have frozen cucumber juice , used this recipe so we will see I did add French green clay. Thank you for your generosity in sharing your recipes though.

These are SO PRETTY!!!!! What is “lard Manteca “? I’ve used tallow and pig lard, but never heard of Manteca.
Lard Manteca is just Pig Tallow lard. The kind you’d find at a grocery store. I get mine from restaurant warehouse.

Ahhhhhh!!! I saw this but didn’t notice the leftover cups and the wrap on them as a soap dough process! Awesome!!!
How awesome! Do you use this same recipe for your soap dough? I’m having a TIME with soap dough!😢 it’s just too hard, what I have done.
I do. Without the salt. I struggled too and once I used this recipe and put in paper cups and laid the plastic wrap directly onto the still wet but setup soap to form a seal it worked. This is how I do it now. You can see me doing it (although quickly) in my GenX Soap video. Let it sit for at least three or four days. Mine usually sits longer. Make sure absolutely no air gets to it. Hope this helps
Oh…also after a few days when the dough is firm I remove from cups and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Lots of layers. More than you think you should..just add more.

Yes. The rocks are glycerin soap embeds. The rest is cold process.

Yes You can see me mixing and pouring them into molds. The next day I could unmold those and put them in the main soap. All cold process soap. ❤️
why are you using lye? not good for the body in any form
No lye remains on soap after saponification. All true soap is made with lye. Anything not made with lye is a detergent bar.
So why are you putting salt in your soap is it good for all types of skins or?
Yes. It softens the water on your/for your skin. Especially great if you have hard water.
