Batch-cooking, right! ❤ that Bolognese looks so yummy! I made lentil veggie soup and blueberriy muffins for the freezer - it took less than 2 hrs and is such a help during the week. 😊 Frozen cooked rice is also great for the freezer for curry or fried rice during the week.

Positive male role models… can be that sometimes, but not all the time. Sometimes he is very much a negative male role model. We were together for four years before we started talking about having kids and I guess I was blind to the negative aspects of him until I was pregnant. How are some way that I can put more positive male influences and my future sons life? there are no men in my life that I can call upon with ease to be more present in my life once my son arrives.

I can't believe you're using dryer sheets that way, they are extremely toxic, fabric freshener is too, please research the ingredients in the products before using all over the house like that.
