Hey, Emily! I was there at your book singing too. Me and my husband actually came from Romania for this, and we had our accomodations in the center of London, so that we can visit in the weekend. We stood for a while in line but afterwards we really had to go. But I was so so happy to see you in person. ❤

Love the boot cupboard! Can you do a walkthrough of your house?! I'm struggling to work out where your boot cupboard is from your front entrance! Have loved all the renovations!

Love how the mud room/wall turned out! The whole space looks so well put together with the cabinetry. I have to say, I do love that old door with the black hardware under the stairs. However I realise it may stand out a bit once the front hall is completed. In regards to the other cupboard with the electrics, you may be able to use ply wood panels to make removable, false walls to cover it all, with sliding bolts top and bottom to hold the panels in place. Worth looking into if you're keen on the idea. Good luck!

Beautiful and peaceful house work before that was great too, I always enjoyed taking care of the yard and garden with my father. Now I’m grown and taking care of my own house, but the clips made me feel nostalgic. He lives in your neck of the woods by the way. Have a lovely day!

I absolutely adore the green mudroom wardrobe (still getting used to the UK terms, so I hope that's right!). What shade of green is that? I'm eager to try making the pie you mentioned. Do you have any tips for a gluten-free crust? Also, I've recently discovered Coleman's mustard, thanks to a friend who told me it's a staple here in the UK, and I'm already a fan. Quick tip for Matt and the leaves in the garden, the ones on the grass, don't rake them, just mow them with the grass, saves time! If he has any garden hacks, would be great to hear them.
