    Full recipe⬇️ INGREDIENTS - 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce - 2 Tbsp ginger, grated - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 6 stalks green onion, sliced - 1 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced - 1/8 tsp salt - 1 1/2 Tbsp oil, I used olive oil - 1/2 cup shredded carrot - 1 head romaine heart, separated into leaves INSTRUCTIONS 1. Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and half of the green onion in a small bowl. Set aside. 2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season the sliced beef on both sides with salt. In batches, add the beef to the pan and cook for two to three minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. 3. To the same pan with the drippings, add the soy sauce mixture and stir well, scraping any browned bits off the bottom of the pan. Let the sauce bubble for about 30-seconds or until thickened slightly. Add the cooked beef strips back to the pan and stir well to coat in the sauce. 4. To serve, divide the beef between lettuce leaves and top with the shredded carrots and remaining green onion. Enjoy!

    I did the 72 hours fasting for the first time few days ago. I did that because since few weeks I was eating ice cream like crazy and it felt it was junking up my organs. The fasting helped me to re-learn how to control myself with food. I had no headache during the process compared to other people on youtube who claimed that, had no fatigue, nothing except about the pooping department and that I wanted to destroy everything around me the first 24 hours. However, I feel way better now and It's easier to have self-control when I open the freezer.

    Yes girl sour cream and onion chips! But for me, my binges come in the form of pies, cakes, cupcakes, ice cream. Really anything, but sweets in particular. I completely ruin my workouts & progress with my binges. It definitely makes me feel guilt and shame afterwards especially being on CZcams documenting my fitness journey. It’s a dark and emotional part of my journey. I know for me, I don’t eat enough protein. I don’t drink enough water on a day to day and I have to be more mindful in the consumption of those two things. Thanks for this video! 🫶🏽

    Full Recipe ⬇️ INGREDIENTS: For shrimp- - 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs - 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut - 1 1/2 tsps dried parsley - salt and pepper to taste - 2 eggs - 1/3 cup flour - 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and devined with tails on - avocado oil spray or olive oil spray - 1 lemon, sliced into wedges for serving For slaw- - 1/2 bag of coleslaw mix - 1/3 cup unsweetened greek yogurt - 2 Tbsp mayo - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce - salt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, shredded coconut, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, and in a third bowl add the flour. 2. Dredge each shrimp into the flour first, then the egg mixture, then into the coconut mixture. Place the shrimp into the air fryer basket and spray with avocado oil. 3. Cook for about eight to ten minutes or until crispy and slightly browned, flipping halfway through. 4. In the meantime, place all your slaw ingredients in a bowl and mix well until everything is combined. Plate the shrimp and slaw and drizzle with lemon juice before serving and enjoy!

    Full recipe - sourdough bread - balsamic vinegar - mozzarella cheese - hemp seeds - tomatoes - fresh basil - salt, pepper, oregano - olive oil Add drizzles of balsamic vinegar to your sourdough bread. Layer mozzarella cheese. Toast until cheese gets melty or airfry at 390 degrees F for about 3-5 minutes. When finished toasting, add a spoonful of hemp seeds. Add sliced tomatoes. Seasons with pinches of salt, pepper, oregano, and freshly sliced basil. Feel free to drizzle with olive oil and enjoy!

    You can't ethically justify not being vegan. If you understand that human beings don't require animal flesh to be healthy, then you have to admit you are paying for the torture and killing of animals simply for taste pleasure. And when it comes to ethics, this would be no different than killing dogs because you enjoy hearing the way their cries sound. Intentional unnecessary cruelty can never be justified. GO VEGAN ✌️
