There is a story that I hear when my family eats 냉면. when the Japanese took over Korea they had buckwheat and they didn't like it because it is hard to chew so they gave it to the Koreans. When the Koreans ate it they loved the flavor so now we still eat it today. Don't know how true this is but still a good story.

I can recognize Kevin! Funny to run into him here on CZcams. I don't know Kevin personally, I just remember his face. He always came to a café (fovl) in the North west area of Copenhagen when he was off from the restaurant RELÆ, as I recall him telling me once. I worked at the café back then.
