just want to say this but itâs so refreshing to see someone whoâs not scared or embarrassed to share their successes AND failures online, cuz a lot of the times we just get to see one side. But getting to see both makes a lot of us feel validated in our experiences too - that all of us are human who makes mistakes and go through both ups and downs. Thank you for not giving up Tina. Yeah, and I can understand why people only show highlights of their lives. We can see all the comments good, bad, and backhanded ones about her âfailureâ. Luckily she seems to have a lot of self esteem, but for some people, they donât take these types of comments well.

Everything you say about losing your joy of vlogging is absolutely spot on.
I'm a full time maker (potter) and do around 17 shows a year. Since getting my ceramics degree in 2010 and finally trying to USE my hard earned education (3yrs later), there have been several points where I've had to take a step back and take a long hard look at what I'm doing and why it's making me so unhappy. First, my degree pushed the artistic side pretty hard and even 3yrs post graduation I still felt I HAD to pursue the fine art side of my practice, but I HATED it. I HATED trying to get into galleries, I hated the insincerity of the whole fine art scene. So I dropped it in favour of making functional and found my own audience for my work. I now make tools for fibre and textile artists and sell at yarn shows around the UK.
About 18months ago, I was diagnosed with ADHD and I started to unravel again (being female and learning what you are at 49 is a LOT to deal with), and what came to light after a HUGE amount of navel gazing was that I had to accept that taking on commissions in an attempt to people please( undiagnosed female ADHDers are notorius people pleasers because growing up we were made to feel guilty for not finding everything as easy as the normies), was sucking the joy out of making, I felt exactly like I did with the fine art, stuck in a very tiny box and super unhappy with the results. It was a horribly pushy woman of a certain age who wanted a bespoke not yarnbowl and pretty much stalked me for almost a year that did it. She didn't even back off when I told her I could no longer do her commission, because it was for her significant birthday. In other words, I had to learn to be selfish.
If you are struggling with your level of commitment, to yourself, to us your audience, remember, YOU OWE US NOTHING other than what you are WILLING to give. So if you need to take a step back and do a little navel gazing, you gotta do it, you don't need to justify it or even explain it unless you want to, and don't you dare feel guilty or embarrassed about it!
What I love about your videos is your love of food and cheeky sense of humour and your liberal sprinklings of 'rude' words. You need to learn to be selfish to.

I like to film with my iphone too (in 1080p cuz no storage for 4K), but the final video in Premiere Pro is always better/more crisp than the exported and get worse when upload to CZcams đ„ i looked around CZcams and Google, followed the recommended sequence and export settings but still unable to get it right :(
