The hybrids wouldn’t be so OP if the game limited 1 ship per game like CVN

For me it’s unfair because if you play for example a DD ,cruiser or battleship you can get disabled your guns or your torpedoes launchers !!! In Hybrids nobody can disable your planes !! Basically they have a weapon that nobody can disable an that’s F….unfair!!! I rest my case ✌️✌️✌️

The smallest rectangle on the torp drop reticle is where the shot starts ..... so you should never hit a moutain if you pay attention and use the retucle properly

An idea for battle carriers, 1- remove both the fighters and spotters, and allow us to call fighters in the map so we could help teammates with dealing with planes, and buff the fighters ( 2 on the t6, 3 on the t7, 4 on t8 and 5 on LT), then give us CV modules on some of the slots, remove plotting room and give us aim systems mod 1 on the first slot, there you go

Before hybrids CVs created the crossfires for the BBs, now the BBs are the ones creating their own crossfires at will. We went from a bit of teamwork to no teamwork at all. Gotta love WeeGee

My satire didn’t come off clearly enough lol. I actually like hybrids, I think they’re really fun. I Just feel as if LA is super strong in its ability to deal damage, it could benefit from being toned down. Damage of course does not mean battle impact, so it’s possible the spreadsheet will say these are fine. We shall see. Anyways, getting a lot of comments that show me that my point didn’t come across……..or people didn’t watch the whole vid 😂🤷‍♂️ whatever

Once these things got announced I realized why they changed the spotting mechanics. Can you imagine the hell it would be if De 7 and the battle carriers could spot. I’ve played a few games in the Connecticut. I’m working on the mission for that one first. The guns feel very accurate. I still haven’t gotten the timing down for the torpedo drop with the 12 second delay and mostly miss. The secondaries aren’t exactly bad either.

8:13 the solid reticle is where the torps are armed (probably), there's a little... dashed extension to the reticle closer to you, that's where the torps are dropped (presumably)

I think buffing aa is a better option make it where good aa can knock a squad even on the attack run an undamaged aa cruiser should not be able to be hit from a carrier

Yeah, I've basically stopped playing. I just get on enough to stock up on weekly supplies and keep bureau projects going

Yep, welcome in World Of Warplanes, enjoy your time (not) fighting surface ships while being spammed to hell by planes. I guess it's even worse on console because of the lower player count per games, so you fight EVEN LESS. I laugh when i see peoples wanting subs for Legends too, CVs and Subs don't belong in this game, and yet the dumbasses still want them, they are clueless af.

the torps drop on the first little square of the aiming reticle, which you had over the island... took me more times than i care to say to finally examine where they land.

I think the line is fine as is its not this op monster line some are making it out to be, even the Louisiana is not. Do we say Yamato is OP because it can overmatch all bows no, the line has a werid gimmick and its new give sometime and counter playing well come. The torps are fine and are not needing a nerf, they can hurt sure, but most DDs CL and CV torps hurt worse and most are faster. And from the games I have played these ships the torps have a low flood chance I have gotten several full torp hits and no floods, Also most time it is just watching your place on the map and yes some times you well eat some trops, but it is just like if you do not watch things you could eat shells from a BB not seen or torps from a ninja DD. And some say it has no counter play well then DPM CL that can lob over island never get spotted have no real counter play other then forcing the ship from its nest. Or a BB being hunted by a DD unless German now has no counter as spotting planes do not spot ships, What this line has done is force back line BBs to move around, it can force island hidding CL to move out from hidding, the ship armor is good but that flat top is a HE spammer dream,

OK, I’ll just take advice from the person that plays the ship that their complaining about. that’s like listening to a serial killer explain to you the merits of making murder legal. can’t have a pony in the race

Thanks for the video 😎Way to many planes in a game called world of warships. Sure it's fun hitting 25k torpedo damage then stating a fire straight after. Is that any fun for the other guy though? I've been dishing it out and been on the receiving end of it. How is it any fun for anyone when half either team is dead in under 3mins. I've stopped playing most of my favourite ships because they are basically defenceless against against carriers already but with all the extra hybrids I can't enjoy playing them and I like a challenge, but this is dumb. Im generally a very aggressive player,, reversing to max gun range just means you cant take caps and looose on point before your teams is all dead. When you sporn center in a bb and and up to 5 carriers focus you in the 1st 90 seconds you may as well just head straight back to port and pick another ship. If it's not fixed soon I'll be uninstalling. I do agree that the hybrids can't carry the game also the torp aiming seems very glitchy. I've also caineed my commander xp and a lot of coins changing builds for aa just to get 5 to 10 games in a row with no plains at all. Chang it back to a dim build and boom 5 carriers on the red team and 3 on blue. The game ,right now is a mess. Let's see what patch day brings.

I think WG will eventually nurf these torp. planes because for me it's crazy easy to dev. strike cruisers. As a CV main I can tell you these torp. planes on these battle carriers are deadly and super easy to use.

for me its just not a fun game anymore, thats my gripe with the planes as there is little counterplay

Had a game against a double, triple division of Nebraska plus a solo Kaga that was so so gross I didn't play for the rest of the night.

Just make AA work as it needs to, give us proximity fused AA, and fly at your own risk. At end of the war, subs and planes usually died once detected . Give us air radar also. Hard to code? BS, plenty of games on Xbox with way more going on in a way more complicated manner and those coders don’t have an issue 😂

Game breaking ships? No. Game breaking playerbase? Yes! It’s not my fault nor the fault of my ship that half the enemy team is sailing broadside to my guns and then hits all of the torpedoes that could have been easily dodged. It’s not my fault that there is always 1-2 ships on a team that are AFK, back line useless (not backline battleships, all the way in back 3 minutes from combat), and they push one at a time. It’s the games fault and their matchmaking. I really wish there was some kind of consequence for bad play at high tiers or competitive plays. I can’t even play ranked without AFK players.

If there's a carrier and then a couple of bb carriers, it's impossible to heal fast enough from floods it's stupid imo

Honestly wargamming is charging $150 for that ship and if it gets nerfed they will definitely lose some 🐋. Also it's more broken on PC where you can spot for your team and hunt destroyers. Yes a battleship that can hunt destroyers and after doing the drop fire their guns at said ship they normally can't spot. I'm getting sick of CCs and constant complaining at this point. It's all negative and nerf this.

Another thing that I feel is utterly nonsense is that they have below water citadels compared to their normal USN battleship counterparts. There's no reason why they should be so hard to citadel with all that potential to do damage.

Lol you drop your torts against the island. The transparent grid squares are an indication of your torpedo spread and arming distance. The white line is when your torpedo is armed and set to detonate on impact.

in PC, we used to envy console players because you had no carriers up to some point. Now, things seems to be getting worse there than in PC.
