Regarding the boiled egg… when u cooked em, get rid of the water, crack the shell of the egg, put the cracked egg into cold water. I peel it then and dip the egg back into the water if the shell doesnt go fast enough.

Some great hacks, EXCEPT for the cabinet cleaning. Your wet mop method ONLY works for melamine cabinets. If you have wood cabinets (either painted or stained) any water on them will get beneath the finish and then lift the finish and wood grain, thereby ruining your cabinets. I work for a high-end cabinet maker and we have people all the time coming in with water damaged cabinets (especially after Covid). I ALWAYS suggest using a can of Scott's Liquid Gold (found at Walmart, Home Depot, Amazon, etc) very lightly spritz onto an old cotton t-shirt and then wiped over the cabinet. This will not only clean, but also condition the wood beneath the finish and keep everything pretty for a long time. You could also use your mop hack, but instead of getting the mop wet, just lightly spray it with the Scott's - that stuff is AWESOME.

Another hack for the paper towel holders. Zip tie three together to make a holder for extra coat hangers. This is helpful to keep unused hangers organized in my closet and my laundry room.

I have used the flexible cutting boards to line my refrigerator shelves for easy clean up in case of spills.

Kallie! I LOVE that you’re using literal trash. This is my favorite. Poland springs 2.5 gallon (w the spout) are great for high shelf storage. Turn the spout side upright and cut that whole end off and now you have a sturdy open bin with a handle. Also that box you made for books is great. You can ask the produce people at Trader Joe’s for boxes, particularly the single pepper boxes If you like that size. PS I do that same thing with tea boxes😂❤

Great Hack. Use Cheap Barbasol Reg Shaving Cream on bathroom mirrors, eye glasses and inside car windows for Anti Fog. Just use small amount and buff in. It really works and very inexpensive

Coming from a family who hoards, I started learning about minimalism.. What we have in our home right now are things that have a purpose. I've gone through every cupboard and drawer and closet and started grabbing everything i saw that i didn't use or wear, i got rid of so many dishes and silverware, if i had 2 of anything ,i got rid of one. All my shoes ,i kept what i wear. I didn't keep it. Any, maybe I'll use these items.. i didn't have loads of stuff, but it was still too much to me, and i wanted it to feel free around me..

No need to buy wrinkle releaser. You can accomplish the same effect with water. Spritz the clothing with water, give it a few shakes, and the wrinkles are gone. Really. Just water. In fact, I suspect if you look at the label of wrinkle releasers, they're just water with fragrance.

What I do to clean the toilet I put a little bit of Clorox bleach in the toilet may be a quarter of a cup to a half a cup. I close the lid on the toilet. I let it sit overnight the next morning the whole toilet is clean. I don’t even have to scrub it cause the fumes from the Clorox just clean the toilet and I just got it. and I just got a flush it. I do the same thing with the tank maybe once every 3 to 4 months I put a little Clorox in the tank I let it sit and then I flush it and I don’t have to do anything. I don’t have to get my hands dirty, or near any of that gunk. Just thought I’d share that with you.
