My wife and I were married in a United Methodist Church here in Mississippi, but I guarantee you they would NOT go along with this. After we got married she came to a Southern Baptist church with me and we’re both very satisfied there. Marriage is meant to be one man and one woman! No exceptions. This “inclusive” mindset, in an attempt to not let anyone feel left out, has left sound, Biblical teaching like Paul said they would, to the point they ignore scripture that’s as plain as day. The whole point of the Gospel is NOT just to make everyone feel good & welcome. God calls us to repentance, I.Genesis 1, etc. Welcome to modern day Sodom & Gomorrah, folks.

For someone that preaches about homosexuals being sinful, Todd appears to be pretty gay for Ray.

Like Ray loves to say: proof that the Bible is true and that Jesus was who he said he was is found in prophecies and the fulfillment of said prophecies. The main one he uses? Ezekiel talks about how our hearts of stone will be replaced with hearts of flesh; we will yearn for the same righteousness God desires and shun evil.

The Gospel is indeed Good News. So, I've long wondered, why institutional pastors started in with the "feel good" 20 minute sermon. All I can figure is so people will return an put money in the basket -- a religious admission fee -- next week.

Even Alister Crowleys(the former leader of the church of satan) said Do as thou wilt, it shall be the whole of the Law and his teachings influenced a lot of musicians, singers, and cult leaders smh...These concepts of live for you only, be your own savior, only love and trust yourself, don't let anyone stop you is a very old adage. Yes there are things in life that we can do to better ourselves. For example: excercising for better health, studying for a job promotion, getting out of dangerous relationships, etc those things we can take action on to do better...But ultimately our help comes from the Lord to keep and sustain us. Money, health, jobs, friendships and even marriage can fail and let us down but when you know where you anchor is you remain strong in trying times.
