After weeks of suffering with an alarm going off at 2 AM, I finally figured out what was causing it in my 2007 Odyssey. It was the fuse box! Here's the symptoms of the problem I was having and what it took to fix it.

CC29: The Right Exhaust Size Isn't Bigger
zhlédnutí 282Před 4 měsíci
Our simple male minds always seem to dump into a "bigger is better" mentality. For many things this sort of thinking make sense. But for exhaust diameter, the logic breaks down. A bigger exhaust CAN flow more air than a smaller one. But how much your engine CAN flow is a different amount of air. The goal of the exhaust is to flow the air the engine is capable of processing in the most efficient...
CC28: "Settling" a Myth About Lowering Springs
zhlédnutí 319Před 4 měsíci
When installing lowering springs, coilovers, or any other product that lowers the car, the conventional wisdom is that you should wait and drive the car around for a while for the car to completely "settle." In reality, the springs won't, or should not, change height over time. The car will need to be rolled to neutralize the tire position before the height of the car can me measured, but this ...
CC27: Parts Warranty is a Pain
zhlédnutí 87Před 5 měsíci
When you buy almost any product these days you expect there to be some form of a warranty or guarantee to back up your purchase in case it fails. The thing is, with aftermarket auto parts, making good on these niche parts warranties is harder than you want it to be. First of all, any kind of warranty has to exist. And when it does, there are an array of exclusions that probably preclude a part'...
CC26: Car Part, Engine Part, Integration Part
zhlédnutí 75Před 5 měsíci
It's been a longstanding belief here at Heeltoe that car parts and engine parts are mutually exclusive. The simple fact that so many engine swaps exist makes this true. So even though parts manufacturers like to label an item for a car, because that is the industry standard, Heeltoe does not. A customer selecting a car on the Heeltoe platform is also choosing an engine. This gives us the power ...
CC25: You don't need bigger fuel injectors
zhlédnutí 196Před 6 měsíci
It's a rather common misconception that intakes, intake manifolds, throttle bodies and other intake parts add more air to the engine and therefore bigger fuel injectors are needed to take advantage of that air. Well, that's false. Not only do these parts not cause a higher fuel demand, in any situation the computer mostly sorts out how much fuel goes into the engine. Adding bigger injectors can...

I have a 2024 Acura TLX Type S, and I'm trying to locate the ECU number and I couldn't find it. Where are they generally located on an acura?
How do the flex z ride are they still soft or harsh
Just found your channel. Just some GTX01 for my Kona N. So was looking around and found your channel. I have a 2006 Type-S. Original owner got it new in 2006. In the blue color. Today it sits with 28k Original miles. All vins matching. My first car at 15. Was never able to let it go. I love it so much! Nice cars!
Sad that this header is built wrong. 4-2-1s are supposed to pair even firing cylinders, so on a flat-plane 4, the center two should pair into a secondary, and then the outer two should pair into a separate secondary before the final combined merge into the collector.
Is the build of this car on the site? Looks amazing!
2 questions, with this throw a CEL code, and also has anyone here done that with a Serge Bo tune?
Can’t find this shit anywhere
I wonder if the harness is in my Acura tlx with technology package.. does anyone know
VERY interesting! Thanks!! The "warped rotor" explanation never made sense to me. You mentioned "When you replace the brake pads, strip away the old transfer layer and put down a new transfer layer you'll notice better braking." Do you have a vid talking about how to do that or the best way to do that? Or is it simple enough to not need a vid cuz I'm not entirely certain how to do that.
I’ve snapped a ball joint with my skunk2 before. Luckily it went to the inside. I’ve always wondered if other companies had more durable ball joints. Maybe I will try hard racing the future when I finished doing my extended strut towers.
does it still hold on during high speeds and rain or moisture? how is the tape different than the 3m molding tape
What it work with a TLX a spec
Would y’all ship to France ? Is there any way I can contact you by email for more information? Thanks !
Does the sport sedan have a spare tire tub? I would like to do this mod to my 2019 civic lx 2.0 and i think it would work
I did it myself thanks to this video😎 the civic had more miles and it was a 2.0 but the exact same concept essentially
Forgive my ignorance if my question sounds stupid, as I am no mechanic by any means. If you connected the new intercooler inlet pipe to the new intercooler before installing it would that make things easier? What is the reason you did not do it that way? I hope to do this install on a 2024, so any tips are appreciated.
Is it necessary to get wheel spacers for aftermarket rims if the difference of the offset is only 2 mm?
I have a 2017 toyota sequoia with 41k kn the odo. Last November i replaced the front rotors and pads. Stoptech slotted rotor and hawk lts pads. Bedding according to Hawk's instructions on the box. So far the brake have less than 3000 miles on it. But i notice that from moderate to firm pressure on the brake will cause pulsating and steering wheel to shakes/vibrate hard. But if i am easy on the pedal it is smooth. Stopping from 60+mph with medium pressure it will pulsate. What does this mean? This issue is driving me crazy. I've replaced rotors and pads on our other vehicles and non have this issue.
I have tuned 3 cars with ktuner, but for some reason my 10th gen accord isn’t working. everything is up to date but the problem is i can upload the tune to my unit, then i can flash the car and it says successful, but the car is the exact same but with a all the maintenance lights. so im not sure what to do i’ve tried multiple times.
Good video man now I can’t wait to order the combo I’m going lightweight flyweight aluminum and oem Tl clutch link please
I need the link to order the lightweight assco flyweight
Is the k24 crank pulley the same weight as the K20 crank pulley? I have a 04 RSX type S, I'm curious about the weight, I can't find anything on it.
I am SO happy that i stumbled across this video! I've been looking at buying some parts from Heeltoe for a while now (the Rv6 j pipe for 13-15 accords specifically), but have had some reservations as I didn't know much about the company. The last few days I finally decided to pull the trigger and get the part as my stock j pipe needs to be replaced and it's no longer just a want. So I started doing some research on heeltoe and the RV6 pipe and others available. I found it in a few other places online, but they all had either minimal reviews, or bad ones. Heeltoe was the only one with solid reviews, and visible responses and interactions from the company and owner. I've always had reservations about online auto parts suppliers so it's good to know I've found a trustworthy one that isn't just robots drop shipping parts. I also found the PLM j pipe on one site, and found it odd that it looked exactly like the RV6 in the pictures minus the branding details. I figured it was either being sold unbranded by RV6 or it was a knock off. A little more internet sleuthing led me to this video, which I honestly should have looked for videos from Heeltoe in the first place. This is a long winded comment, but I'm just happy to have found an answer to my questions and concerns after a few hours searching the internet, and it looks like Heeltoe will be the place I go to for aftermarket parts from now on. If you're reading this Marcus, thank you for providing a reliable service! I emailed on the heeltoe website about availability for the RV6 j pipe and look forward to your response!
Whats the process/ parts I have to remove or unbolt to get the axle joint out from the intermediate shaft?
Can you use this 3M VHB for lightweight door protectors (so your car door doesn’t hit the car next to it) AND MOST IMPORTANTLY get it off at a later date without ruining the paint ???? ❤
Kool sound affects 👍🏼
Man I love the TLX Type S, and that exhaust is awesome!
Can you guys do something like this for the MDX Type S? Or even make an exhaust for the MDX that sounds like the stock TLX Type S?
No disagreement at all. Talk to your brake supplier (I buy from R-1 Concepts) and they can recommend pads for your driving style and vehicle. I mean no hate, but all of my Honda's had more brake issues than my Lexus, Hyundai or Fords. If I'm in a very hot environment, I bed my brakes a couple of times per year. And here's another can of worms, but I have less transfer layer issues with slotted rotors.
Do we know how long the factory wheel studs are ?
Just picked up an 84 civic wagon , pretty clean looking close to the white one. Looking to go b20v. Any advice on a front lip fitting and rear spoiler?
Thanks mate! Just what I was looking for. Going to one of my stores supercheap auto or autobarn and hoping they have it
14:53 At you are incorrect about what you said.
Nice, still debating if I want to modify my TLX and if, which would be first. Subbed.
Great job! I subbed & liked!
Aloha, question, have you seen any aftermarket motor mounts for the 2.0 tlx?
perfect, my hardrace ones have been smashing my tower to pieces so will be buying the skunk 2 next week
Is there any aftermarket shifter that fits 2G TSX/Euro accord (CU2?) or is it just the shortshift adapter?
I can't listen to this guy's stupidity. My mechanic just turned my rotors and all the shaking went away because they were warped. If it was the brake pads as soon as you turn your rotors they would shake immediately again that would show you it was the brake pads this guy's an idiot
What does all your ranting and raving about new microphones and everything have to do with warped brake rotors? Who really cares that you got all this new stuff in cyber week get to the video of warped brake rotors we don't care
Whats It Is the problem
Does adding this void the warranty?
Great video, thanks for the tips.
Where are the brakes made ? Are the rotor blanks from China ? Being in California, I would assume they are Chinese blanks.
both of this kits can be tuned to be comfortable for a daily driver civic fc?
Es muy bonito buen trabajo me gusta felicidades excelente verygood.
Seen your video a few times and I recently got the flat bottom grip (non-heated) for my 2021 RDX ASpec. It sure does look easy but I'm worried of braking plastic parts (tabs) etc. I'm very analytical when it comes to putting things back together but would for something to go wrong. I kinda leaning toward having the dealer do it for me. My question is, do you really need to replace the steering bolt for a new one?
thanks for the video, its basically stock so it definitely helps to hear it before buying
How do you install the self adjusting clutch? Do i need a special tool? I got a clutch kit and the springs are compressed already. That means is ready for installation?
Can I use that on tlx aspect ?
I was about to ask the same question
