CC22: Delivered! Not Delivered?

How often is it that you have been waiting for a package and when you track it the tracking shows the item was delivered, but you don't have it?
Yeah, not that often. But, on occasion for sure.
What does Heeltoe do in these situations? We file a claim and give the customer some advice about finding the item. That's really about it. There is really not much else we can really do, but we are here to support you the best we can!

I always make sure when I get the tracking to always set up notifications through text and email to make sure I know when a package is delivered.

That is fantastic advice! I think that gives us an idea. When we email customers their tracking number, we should give them that notification recommendation and link.

I'm not going to really answer that question on the grounds that it might be held against me at some point in the future lol. But the reality is I don't think packages are stolen quite as often as people think that they are. At least not nowadays.
