Well, if you're trying to force someone to have sex against their will, you're doing a pretty good job of victimizing them. Saying anything different is a lie. You can repeat a lie a thousand times, and it still doesn't make if true.

That's the story of my life,

Trying to trigger my emotions doesn’t work with me. I have years of Al-Anon under my belt from living with my late alcoholic husband who went to AA and therapy. This narcissist roommate I live with now thinks therapy isn’t for him. So I will be asking him to move out. I have full support from my family and friends. They want him gone also. I’ll have to admit I enabled him for several years. Not any more!

I’m getting ready to tell the narcissist roommate that lives with me, he has to move out of my house. We are both retired. I planned for my retirement financially and he’s sucking me dry because he is financially irresponsible. He’s had it made living here. He’s had plenty of warnings and always breaks his promises. I recently found out he said inappropriate things and sent distasteful memes to my grown sons and other members of my family, which is the straw that broke the camels back. He’s terrible to live with. Could you please do a session about how to tell them and what to expect about kicking them out? I already know I’ll never get my money back.

I told my narcs who refused to help with me care for our children and help with the house cleaning because she felt I should do it all. I got to the point of being fed up with being a slave and told her point blank 'if Im not good enough - find someone else.' in which she replied, 'I will!' ...a year later, she found someone else and as I was WFH she told me to 'gtfo bitch!' Mind you, I wasnt waiting for her to find someone else so I was already packed to leave and had already informed my fam and friends. When she introduced me to the new supply and said gtfo I bounced! :) ..of course not before she hoovered me with the possibility of living with two women. I replied, you told me to gtfo b so Im not sticking around to hear that again. Friends put me in a nice plush AIRBNB for two months and my health got better (I was in poor health since living with her) got stronger lost weight got it down to 200 from 238 and I eventually met someone else. :)

How is the narcissist textbook across the board? 10 years ago I had to leave my career, become financially dependent on him- I have not $1.00 of savings! I could not go anywhere , I was timed walking the dog, I cannot have social media, my phone was monitored at all times. I became very sick over all the stress. He has eased up a bit but I find out not only won’t he divorce his wife he has been cheating on me the entire time. This all happened after 40 never in a million years would I believe I would allow this! I’m Ashamed of myself

Yes, I have experienced this. I had several people tell me that I was lucky to be married to my husband. Then when we woukd get home, he would emotionally abuse me- call me names, cheat on me when he was so called at work and hide all his money. He treated me with such disrespect amd then when we went out everyone loved him because his mask was on. You hit it on the head when they say "but I am here arent I? Or the silent treatment for days was always my fault. Everything you say is him to an absolute tee. He took his erdding ring off the minute he walked out thr door everyday to find his new supply. It took me forever to figure out what was going on and I lived in fog and confusion

it's been awsome, like a cycle that keeps playing over and over, my friends are sympathetic but they must be sick of me. and yet for me the pain and reality of what hapened gets deeper and deeper. nothing makes sense and even worse, nothing seems to matter one way or the other anymore. and the bottom line is even i dont care about anything. its like the spirit has gone out of me,and you wonder why you're even living. so many bleak episodes with no closer, no understanding, just raw deception, and it still hurts. i hope it goes away, some days are better than others. i know the best thing to do is to fill the space with things you love and want to do so it indirectly pushes the focus of the bad out. keeping up with this practice does help a lot, until the next trigger, of course. it's just not easy, good luck.

It breaks my heart watching my phone like I’m a 16yr girl. I’m a mother of 2 sons and he broke me. I feel so broken, and angry at myself that I even allowed this to happen. Life hack from another self aware narcissist on CZcams: add yourself to their facial recognition if you know their passcode, then when they've got only facial recognition as a way to access their hidden photos etc you're in too 😂 The antispy/ privacy screen protectors are a dead giveaway they're playing up, along with hiding notifications description descriptions on the lock screen. And be prepared for the accusations if you do the same.. that tickles the narc rage just a teeny bit 😆 All jokes aside tho.. always remind yourself you can't unsee anything you find going thru their phone! It's definitely made me think twice on multiple occasions..

I have total clarity now. Separated over a year and working through the divorce. Your channel, honesty and truth helped me more than you will ever know!

I made the mistake of giving myself hints on my phone calendar. This was years and years ago until I couldn’t figure out why all my entries for everything were erasing. My narc let me believe it was phone updates doing it…… I didn’t even really think about us having a shared calendar when we shared the same Apple ID. Since he never used the calendar function. Same with the abuse photos in the shared album, that when I realized the photos being deleted. He admitted to that. He got his own Apple ID after that. Never had a calendar issue since. I have adhd and my calendar notes are really important for me in every aspect of my daily life. I wish I still had my notes now that we are divorcing.

Mine constantly says, wake me up at…, then complain they said no such thing!
