As I watch this enthralling video, it resurrects the painful memories of my recent breakup a relationship of five years that ended just three months ago. The woman who meant everything to me decided to leave, plunging me into a vortex of heartache. Despite my desperate attempts to reconcile, I find myself trapped in a cycle of frustration and longing, unable to envision a life without her. Despite my efforts to move forward, I find solace in expressing my lingering affection for her here.
The struggle to release someone dear to your heart is undeniably arduous. I empathize, having experienced a similar circumstance when my 12-year relationship concluded. Refusing to accept defeat, I pursued every conceivable avenue to reclaim her affection. Eventually, I sought the assistance of a spiritual counselor, whose wisdom and intervention played a pivotal role in reuniting us.

Most of us women are not that blessed to have a man that is willing to work on themselves to make the marriage better. The very marriage that they took vows to, and then broke them all. As you probably heard learned what a narcissist does to your emotions, your spirit and your mind and sometimes your body is almost un-healable. Again congratulations and keep going. 🎉

Mines a runner, after violent, temper tantrum. I'm happy to say he's not as bad like before, I've not put up with it and tried boundaries.
Sooo now he's at neighbor's place living with newly widowed female. Wow! I'm enjoying the break and time alone. But its so low what he's doing and I'm sure expecting me to be real upset!?! But NOOOO, I'm home listening to you and doing what I want in peace. 👏❤️✌️🙏😁

But the message is always they can't and won't change...the internet HAS to start teaching that THEY CAN CHANGE....there needs to be a focus on how those who changed came to the breaking point. 😢😢😢😢
He has admitted to deceiving himself yet still he hasn't changed. I can't wrap my head around it because I have the ability to empathize.

Great video, I believe once a victim understands the core shame in a narcissist who blames you to activate your own core shame you’re on the road to knowing nothing can change the relationship. One choice, leave.

My recent ex N just broke up w me again. Via text for the millionth time. My crime: I’m a singer and I was hired to do vocals for someone song, I spent 5 hours in the studio a few days ago from 7pm to midnight working on a song. I was told I am a liar and cheat and I should be ashamed of myself for spending time alone with “another man” until midnight on a Sunday. I was hired to do a job and I did my job got paid and went home. He always says I’m sick of the guy friend crap. I grew up in a small town, am a musician and have to work with men now and then. Anyways, he told me to “burn in hell” and he called me trash and a bunch of other horrible names. He said he will be “actively dating other women” and “do not bother us” I replied with “Sounds good” that just enraged him more and he sent me a slew of even more degrading messages. I’m just about used to it so it didn’t hurt as bad this time. And I believe he finally cured me this time of ever falling for his scams again. He killed my love and attraction for him. It’s very sad indeed.

They need to work but the victim has to leave.....they need help to work ....not constantly being told there is no hope....
