Other than seats in new units are uncomfortable and made of plastic, it is great transportation system... I've been using it much when I was on my tourist trip from EU to Calgary earlier this year.

Great video! Both the Edmonton and Calgary LRT systems were based on the Frankfurt U-Bahn design principles and have been wildly successful transporting Albertans around. Too bad we haven't been able to revive our Inter-City HSR program... yet... Ellis-Don has signed onto a project called Prairie Link for a 380 km/h HSR apparently but details are scarce...

If memory serves, Calgary has a population of just 1.1 million, and yet the C-Train has the highest annual ridership of any light rail system north of the Rio Grande. It's a roaring success.

Если заметили у Московских троллейбусов был характерный звон из за цепочек заземления. Я до сих пор сохранил эти цепочки) у меня знакомый работал водителем троллейбуса в Москве до 2020 он мне постоянно подгонял эти цепочки. Я их на жигули повесил вместо резиновых заземлителей повесил троллейбусные цепочки. Причём там были не только цепочки но и пластинки похожие на линейки они звенели громче, потом ещё кусок тросса это тоже заземлитель самый тихий был среди всех. У меня есть до сих пор все эти заземлители доставшиеся мне с зиушки списанного у моего знакомого водителя в 2018. И потом когда в Москве провода троллейбусов обрезали они валялись на дорогеия взял себе на память куски проводов и изоляторы и создал себе музей троллейбуса на своей даче. Я очень любил этот транспорт с детства. Покойся с миром Московский троллейбус😢
