¡MUCHAS GRACIAS! Excellent short, yet very illustrative ethnographic view on little corners of everyday life in San Salvador. I knew the city of 15 plus years ago. This is not the same place. The museum and the botanical garden, for example, were in such dire sad state that I never thought they could ever come back. They did. The inner city of the traditional "casco urbano" of San Salvador is filled with all kind of open activities and most importantly, businesses and trade. The faces of fear and mistrust on so many working class Salvadorans seem also gone. Hopefully, forever.
